●How to Make a Reservation
【予約方法】

  • Select your preferred date and time. The character “満” means the slot is fully booked.

    If your preferred date and time are unavailable, please select a different slot.

  • Enter the number of people in the “予約人数” field, then tap “予約する”.

  • Enter your last name and first name in the respective fields.

    For the “フリガナ(Furigana)” field, if you do not have a Furigana (Japanese phonetic guide), copy and paste “フリガナ” into the both fields.

  • Please also enter your email address twice and input your phone number, then tap “確認に進む”.
  • Review your reservation details, including the date, time, and number of guests, and tap “上記に同意して予約を確定する.”

  • Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email from 【カピねこカフェ】 will be sent to you.

    Please check the details in the email.

    If you do not receive the email, kindly contact us by phone.

    If you have spam filters, please ensure that emails from @capyneko.cafe are allowed.

  • ご希望の日時を選んでください。
    “満”の文字は満席を意味しています。ご希望の日時が満席の場合、他の日時を選択してください。
  • “予約人数”欄に希望予約人数を入力し、“予約する”をタップしてください。
  • お名前、フリガナをそれぞれ入力してください。
    メールアドレスを２回、電話番号を入力して“確認へ進む”をタップしてください。

  • ご予約日時、人数等を確認し、“上記に同意して予約を確定する”をタップしてください。

    ※予約が完了いたしましたら【カピねこカフェ】予約内容のご確認のメールが送られてきますので、内容をご確認ください。

    メールの返信がない場合はお手数ですが電話での確認をお願い致します。

    迷惑メール設定をしている方は、@capyneko.cafeからのメール受信の許可をお願いいたします。

Important Notes for Your Visit
【ご利用時の注意事項】

  • ・ If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled.
  • ・Please wear socks inside the cafe. If you don’t have socks, they can be purchased for 200 yen.
  • ・Strong scents, such as perfume, are harmful to the animals. Please refrain from wearing any.
  • ・Staff may warn you if your actions cause stress to the animals or disturb other guests. If the behavior persists, we may ask you to leave the cafe, in which case no refunds will be issued.
  • ・Guests under the age of 6 cannot use the facility.
  • ・Children aged 6 to 12 must be accompanied by at least one guardian.
  • ・If a child starts crying, we kindly ask you to step outside and return once the child has calmed down. No refunds, adjustments, or extensions will be provided for the time spent outside.

  • Disclaimer

    ・We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur inside the cafe.

    ・Please manage your valuables carefully. We are unable to compensate for any theft or loss.

【ご利用時の注意事項】
  • 時間に15分以上遅れた場合は、キャンセルとなります。
  • 靴下を履いてご入店ください。お持ちでない場合、200円でご購入ください。
  • 香水などの強い匂いのものは、動物に害がありますのでつけてこないでください。
  • 当店の動物にストレスを与える行為、他のお客様の迷惑となる行為はスタッフより注意させていただきます。また、改善されない場合は退店して頂きます。その際、料金の返金はできません。
  • 当店のご利用は、ご来店者様のご利用日時点で満６歳未満の場合、ご利用頂くことはできません。
  • ６歳以上12歳以下のお子様のご利用は、保護者が1名以上付き添ってください。
  • お子様が泣き出してしまった場合、１度退室して頂き、泣き止んだ後室内へお戻りください。
    退室における料金の返金、ご利用時間の調整、延長はできません。
【免責事項】
  • 店内で怪我や損害が発生しても当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。
  • 貴重品の管理はご自身で行ってください。万が一の盗難・紛失などについての補償はできません。
